Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients.
  3. Combine gently.
  4. For a puffy waffle: separate the eggs, whisk the whites until stiff and fold them in once the mixture is ready.
  5. Cook in a hot waffle iron.
