Spinach and Feta Phyllo Pastry Pies

Ingredients
- Spinach, chopped (gehak)800 g
- Ricotta250 g
- Feta250 g
- Lemon zestto taste
- Salt, pepper, Italian herbs, nutmegto taste
- Melted butteras needed
- Phyllo pastryas needed
Method
- Mix the spinach, ricotta, feta, lemon zest and seasoning (salt, pepper, Italian herbs, nutmeg).
- Brush sheets of phyllo pastry with melted butter and fill with the spinach mixture.
- Fold into pies and brush with more butter.
- Bake until golden.
