Ingredients
- Onion, finely diced1
- Olive oil15 ml
- Garlic cloves4
- Tomato sauce250 ml
- Chutney125 ml
- Worcestershire sauce125 ml
- Brown sugar15 ml
- Apple cider vinegar15 ml
- Chilli flakesto taste
- Red winedash
Method
- Fry the onion in the olive oil, add the garlic.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Bring to the boil.
- Bottle.
