Method

  1. Combine the dry ingredients and butter in a mixer on low.
  2. Pour the buttermilk in slowly — watch the consistency.
  3. Don't overwork.
  4. Flatten the dough on a floured surface.
  5. Cut into circles and brush with milk.
  6. Bake at 180 °C in a preheated oven.
