- Grated Parmesan125 ml
- Finely chopped sundried tomatoes30 ml
- Finely chopped Kalamata olives15 ml
- Fresh thyme15 ml
- Garlic cloves, crushed4
- Red chilli flakes10 ml
- Sumac5 ml
- Zest of lemon1
- Salt flakes (if needed)5 ml
