Ingredients

Method

  1. Sauté the diced onions.
  2. Add the garlic, ginger, chilli flakes and the spices.
  3. Add the lentils, passata, red peppers and spinach.
  4. Add the coconut cream, and water as needed.
  5. Simmer until the lentils are cooked.
  6. Finish with the lemon juice and zest; season with salt and pepper.
