Potatoes (½ mashed + ½ grated)

Salt and pepper
to taste
Flour
80 ml
Milk
60 ml
Egg

Method
Cook and mash 600 g of the potatoes.
Add the grated potatoes.
Add the other ingredients.
Mix.
Form and fry.
