Method

  1. Combine the caramel and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
  2. Beat the cream until stiff.
  3. Gently fold the cream into the caramel mixture.
  4. Add half the peppermint chocolate and fold.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining peppermint on top.

Notes

Multiplying this by 3 makes enough for 50–60 shot-glass portions.
