Ingredients
- Cream cheese230 g
- Caramel385 g
- Cream125 ml
- Crushed Peppermint Crisp chocolate125 g
Method
- Combine the caramel and cream cheese; beat until smooth.
- Beat the cream until stiff.
- Gently fold the cream into the caramel mixture.
- Add half the peppermint chocolate and fold.
- Sprinkle the remaining peppermint on top.
Notes
Multiplying this by 3 makes enough for 50–60 shot-glass portions.
