Peppermint Crisp Tart with Biscuit Base

Ingredients
- Cream cheese230 g
- Caramel285 g
- Cream125 ml
- Peppermint Crisp, grated125 g
- Biscuits, crushed (base)200 g
- Butter, melted (base)100 g
Method
- Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press into a dish as the base.
- Beat the cream cheese and caramel until smooth.
- Whip the cream until soft peaks.
- When the caramel mixture is smooth, fold in the cream, then add the grated Peppermint Crisp.
- Spoon over the base.
- Refrigerate.
