Peppermint Crisp Tart with Biscuit Base

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press into a dish as the base.
  2. Beat the cream cheese and caramel until smooth.
  3. Whip the cream until soft peaks.
  4. When the caramel mixture is smooth, fold in the cream, then add the grated Peppermint Crisp.
  5. Spoon over the base.
  6. Refrigerate.
