Ingredients
- Peaches1.8 kg
- Raisins375 ml
- Large onion, grated1
- Yellow pepper, grated1
- Chillies, chopped2
- Garlic clove1
- Crystallised ginger125 ml
- Cider vinegar500 ml
- Brown sugar750 ml
- Cinnamon5 ml
- Salt5 ml
- Dried red pepper flakes5 ml
- Curry powder5 ml
- Curry leaves (optional)—
Method
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for 1 hour.
