Ingredients
- Flour500 ml
- Egg1
- Water and milk500 ml
- Oil15 ml
- Vinegar5 ml
Method
- Put the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the centre.
- Slowly add the beaten egg, water, milk, oil and vinegar.
- It needs to be a thinnish batter.
- Fry thin pancakes in a hot pan.
