Orange and Chocolate Shortbread — Jamie Oliver

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate (70%)50 g
- Flour200 g
- Brown (caster) sugar50 g
- Orange zest (½ orange in the dough, ½ on top)1 orange
- Unsalted butter150 g
Method
- Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Grease a 20 cm baking tin and line with baking paper.
- Cut the butter and work it into the flour: mix the butter, flour and sugar with your fingertips until crumbly.
- Add the zest of ½ orange.
- Press gently into the dish — no pressure.
- Press holes with a fork.
- Bake until golden, 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with extra sugar and the remaining orange zest, and drizzle with the melted dark chocolate.
