Ingredients

Method

  1. Soften the onions with a little oil.
  2. Add the sugar, vinegars, honey and paprikas.
  3. Cook until thick and sticky.

Notes

Yields ±1.8 kg — makes 5½ jars of 250 ml (or 375 ml preserving jars). Noted October 2019.
