No-Bake Trail Mix Bars

Ingredients
- Trail mix360 g
- Coconut, toasted280 g
- Pumpkin seeds450 g
- Raisins150 g
- Dark chocolate80 g
- Honey350 g
- Peanut butter250 g
- Unsalted nuts250 g
- Chocolate, melted, to drizzle100 g
Method
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and cooking spray.
- Mix all the dry ingredients.
- Warm the honey and peanut butter in the microwave.
- Add to the nut mixture and stir.
- Pour onto the baking tray and press flat.
- Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Cut into bars and drizzle the melted chocolate over.
