Ingredients

Method

  1. Soak the apricots and sultanas in the vinegar overnight.
  2. Blend until roughly chopped (not too small) and place in a saucepan.
  3. Chop the onions to the size of raisins and add to the fruit.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well.
  5. Bring to the boil, turn the heat down, put the lid on and simmer for 30–45 minutes, until thick and syrupy.
  6. Cool, then put into jars.
