Microwave Fudge

Ingredients
- Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)
- Sugar500 ml
- Margarine120 g
- Vanilla essence5 ml
Method
- Place the ingredients (except the vanilla) in a large dish.
- Microwave on high for 3 minutes; stir well.
- Microwave for 9 minutes on high; stir well.
- Boil until the fudge makes a dark ring on the dish.
- Add the vanilla essence.
- Place into a dish to set.
- Cut before it gets too hard.
