Ingredients
- Butter1.5 kg
- Coriander, finely chopped2 bunches
- Curry powder45 ml
- Garam masala30 ml
- Turmeric30 ml
- Garlic powder22.5 ml
- Ginger powder5 ml
- Cumin2.5 ml
- Ground coriander5 ml
- Sugar60 ml
- Cinnamon5 ml
- Chilli flakes5 ml
- Fennel seeds15 ml
- Salt20 ml
- Black coarse pepper5 ml
Method
- Whisk the butter until fluffy, then add the finely chopped coriander.
- Toast the spices slightly, then add to the butter once cool.
