Marshmallow Fridge Tart

Ingredients
- Tennis biscuits, for the base1 packet
- Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)
- Lemon juice190 ml
- Orley Whip1 packet
- Pineapple pieces1 tin (±440 g)
- Marshmallows1 small packet
Method
- Cut the marshmallows into small pieces.
- Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice.
- Add the marshmallows and mix.
- Beat the Orley Whip, then add it to the mixture.
- Add the pineapple pieces and mix gently.
- Place on top of the biscuit base.
- Place in the fridge to set.
