Method

  1. Cut the marshmallows into small pieces.
  2. Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice.
  3. Add the marshmallows and mix.
  4. Beat the Orley Whip, then add it to the mixture.
  5. Add the pineapple pieces and mix gently.
  6. Place on top of the biscuit base.
  7. Place in the fridge to set.
