Ingredients
- Flour250 ml
- Salt1 ml
- Baking powder1 ml
- Butter140 g
- Grated cheddar310 ml
- Jamas needed
Method
- Combine all the ingredients.
- Roll into balls.
- Press a hole in the middle with a spoon.
- Fill with jam.
- Bake at 200 °C.
