Ingredients
- Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)
- Egg yolks2
- Lemon juice60 ml
- Biscuits, for the crustas needed
- Egg whites, stiffly beaten (topping)2
Method
- Make a biscuit crust.
- Mix the condensed milk, lemon juice and egg yolks.
- Place the filling in the crust.
- Put the stiffly beaten egg whites on top.
- Bake until golden brown.
