Method

  1. Crush the Weet-Bix and pour the buttermilk over to soften.
  2. Melt the margarine and sugar, and pour over the Weet-Bix.
  3. Mix in the flour, the well-beaten eggs and the other ingredients.
  4. Knead until smooth (±10–15 minutes).
  5. Bake at 160 °C for 55–60 minutes.
