Ingredients
- Pre-made pastry base casesas needed
- Jamas needed
- Topping: egg whites3
- Topping: sugar300 ml
- Topping: desiccated coconut500 ml
Method
- Use pre-made base cases.
- Spoon jam into the cases.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar bit by bit.
- Fold in the coconut.
- Spoon over the jam-filled cases.
- Bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
