Method

  1. Use pre-made base cases.
  2. Spoon jam into the cases.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding the sugar bit by bit.
  4. Fold in the coconut.
  5. Spoon over the jam-filled cases.
  6. Bake at 180 °C until golden brown.
