Ingredients
- Diced ham250 ml
- Grated cheddar250 ml
- Flour375 ml
- Baking powder15 ml
- Salt2.5 ml
- Pepper2.5 ml
- Milk125 ml
- Melted butter60 ml
- Eggs2
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Mix the wet ingredients.
- Combine the two and mix.
- Place into muffin tins and bake for 18–20 minutes.
