Ingredients
- Flour500 ml
- Butter50 g
- Salt2.5 ml
- Milk185 ml
- Oil, for cookingas needed
Method
- Combine the butter and milk on the stove until just melted.
- Add the dry ingredients.
- Knead on a floured surface for 2 minutes.
- Divide into 4 balls and roll out.
- Cook in a hot pan or wok.
