Durky Sauce

Ingredients
- White vinegar3.5 l
- Paprika400 ml
- Garlic, crushed250 ml
- Peri peri powder200 ml
- Salt5 ml
- Sugar250 ml
- Smoked paprika5 ml
Method
- Combine everything and cook for 30–45 minutes.
- Thicken with about 70 ml cornflour.
- Cook, then allow to stand.
- Warm, then bottle.
