Custard and Condensed Milk Tart

Ingredients
- Milk1 l
- Sugar75 ml
- Lemon juice125 ml
- Tennis or coconut biscuits2 packets
- Cornflour±50 ml
- Custard powder±35 ml
- Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)
Method
- Bring the milk to the boil and add the sugar.
- Mix the cornflour and custard powder with a little milk to form a paste (you can also add cocoa for a change).
- Add the paste to the milk, mix, and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
- Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Line a dish with biscuits.
- Pour half the custard over, then add another layer of biscuits.
- Add the condensed milk mixture, then the next layer of biscuits.
- Finish with the other half of the custard mixture.
- Crush a few biscuits over the top, then place in the fridge to set.
