Custard and Condensed Milk Tart

Method

  1. Bring the milk to the boil and add the sugar.
  2. Mix the cornflour and custard powder with a little milk to form a paste (you can also add cocoa for a change).
  3. Add the paste to the milk, mix, and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Mix the condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl.
  5. Line a dish with biscuits.
  6. Pour half the custard over, then add another layer of biscuits.
  7. Add the condensed milk mixture, then the next layer of biscuits.
  8. Finish with the other half of the custard mixture.
  9. Crush a few biscuits over the top, then place in the fridge to set.
