Curry Pasta Salad — Tracey

Ingredients
- Pasta500 g
- Sugar200 ml
- Tomato sauce375 ml
- Onion, finely chopped1
- Green pepper, finely chopped½
- Vinegar125 ml
- Oil125 ml
- Curry powder30 ml
- Salt and pepperpinch
Method
- Cook the pasta until al dente.
- Mix all the other ingredients.
- Pour over the pasta and place in a ziplock bag overnight, turning a few times.
Notes
Tracey's tip: I would use a bit less sugar.
