Curry Beans for Kuier Kos

Ingredients
- Maizena (corn starch)30 ml
- Green beans1.8 kg
- Onions500 g
- Sugar500 ml
- Curry powder (Rajah)32.5 ml
- Salt2.5 ml
- Ground cloves2.5 ml
- White vinegar750 ml
Method
- Cut the beans into small rings.
- Cook the beans and diced onions in the vinegar until soft.
- Add the sugar, cloves, salt and curry; cook a while longer.
- Thicken with a maizena paste made with some of the vinegar.
- Cook until done, then bottle while hot.
