Creamy Stovetop Fudge

Ingredients
- Butter150 g
- Milk125 ml
- Vanilla essence5 ml
- Sugar500 ml
- Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)
Method
- Place the butter in a pot on medium heat.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- Stir on medium for 15 minutes after the butter and sugar have dissolved.
- Remove from the heat.
- Stir for 10 minutes off the heat.
- Place in a bowl in the fridge for a few hours to set (±6 hours).
- Cut and enjoy.
