Creamy Stovetop Fudge

Ingredients

• Butter150 g
• Milk125 ml
• Vanilla essence5 ml
• Sugar500 ml
• Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)

Method

1. Place the butter in a pot on medium heat.
2. Add all the other ingredients.
3. Stir on medium for 15 minutes after the butter and sugar have dissolved.
4. Remove from the heat.
5. Stir for 10 minutes off the heat.
6. Place in a bowl in the fridge for a few hours to set (±6 hours).
7. Cut and enjoy.
