Ingredients
- Softened butter250 ml
- Cream cheese, softened450 g
- Vanilla10 ml
- Powdered (icing) sugar900 g
- Nuts to decorate (optional)—
Method
- Beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
- Then add the vanilla and powdered sugar, and beat again until smooth.
- Decorate with nuts if you like.
