Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• Softened butter250 ml
• Cream cheese, softened450 g
• Vanilla10 ml
• Powdered (icing) sugar900 g
• Nuts to decorate (optional)—

Method

1. Beat the softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
2. Then add the vanilla and powdered sugar, and beat again until smooth.
3. Decorate with nuts if you like.
