- Sugar1.3 kg

- Star anise2
- Oranges — cut, zest in strips4
- Water250 ml
- Cinnamon sticks2
- Fresh ginger30 g
Method
- Cook the fruit and spices in the liquid.
- Add the sugar and cook until done.
