Ingredients
- Sugar25 ml
- Salt5 ml
- Baking powder10 ml
- Flour100 g
- Eggs, beaten3
- Whole kernel corn, drained3 cans (±1.2 kg)
Method
- Sift the dry ingredients.
- Add the beaten eggs and corn; mix well.
- Place in a loaf tin and dot with butter.
- Bake at 190 °C for 1 hour.
