Corn Fritters

Ingredients
- Flour125 ml
- Baking powder2 ml
- Saltpinch
- Cayenne pepperpinch
- Egg1
- Whole kernel corn, drained1 tin (±410 g)
- Milk, if needed±20 ml
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Fry spoonfuls in a pan on medium heat.
- Drain on kitchen towel.
