Ingredients

Method

  1. Drain the corn.
  2. Mix the eggs, salt and pepper.
  3. Add the flour and baking powder; mix well.
  4. Add the corn and cheese; stir through with the parsley and oil.
  5. Fry off in a pan with oil.
