Corn Fritters — Cheese and Parsley

Ingredients
- Whole corn1 tin (±410 g)
- Eggs2
- Flour125 ml
- Baking powder5 ml
- Grated cheese125 ml
- Oil30 ml
- Fresh parsley, cut finely60 ml
- Salt and pepperto taste
Method
- Drain the corn.
- Mix the eggs, salt and pepper.
- Add the flour and baking powder; mix well.
- Add the corn and cheese; stir through with the parsley and oil.
- Fry off in a pan with oil.
