Ingredients

Method

  1. Soak the fruit in the vinegar overnight; drain.
  2. Blend until the desired size.
  3. Return to the pot with the onions, sugar, etc. and cook.
  4. Add the cayenne.

Notes

If a hot version is wanted, add 75 g chilli.
