Chocolate Salami

Ingredients
- Dark chocolate200 g
- Butter100 g
- Sugar50 g
- Broken digestive biscuits150 g
- Vanilla extract5 ml
- Brandy45 ml
- Cranberries (optional)50 g
- Saltpinch
- Cocoa, for dustingas needed
Method
- Melt the dark chocolate, butter and sugar together.
- Add the broken digestive biscuits, vanilla extract, brandy, cranberries (if using) and a pinch of salt.
- Shape into a salami, roll up and chill.
- Dust with cocoa.
