Chocolate Marie Biscuit Fudge

Ingredients

• Eggs2
• Marie biscuits2 packets
• Butter250 g
• Icing sugar500 g
• Cocoa30 ml
• Vanilla5 ml

Method

1. Crush the biscuits.
2. Melt the butter slowly, then allow to cool slightly.
3. Add the 2 beaten eggs and mix well.
4. Add the icing sugar, cocoa and vanilla; mix well.
5. Place on a baking tray and refrigerate.
6. Cut into squares.
