Chocolate Marie Biscuit Fudge

Ingredients
- Eggs2
- Marie biscuits2 packets
- Butter250 g
- Icing sugar500 g
- Cocoa30 ml
- Vanilla5 ml
Method
- Crush the biscuits.
- Melt the butter slowly, then allow to cool slightly.
- Add the 2 beaten eggs and mix well.
- Add the icing sugar, cocoa and vanilla; mix well.
- Place on a baking tray and refrigerate.
- Cut into squares.
