Chocolate Fridge Tart

Ingredients
- Crust: Romany Creams1 box
- Crust: butter125 ml
- Filling: marshmallows, cut250 g
- Filling: whole nut chocolate, broken400 g
- Filling: milk125 ml
- Filling: cream, stiffly beaten250 ml
Method
- For the crust, crush the Romany Creams and mix with the butter; press into a dish.
- Melt the marshmallows, chocolate and milk together, about 6 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Beat the cream until stiff and add it to the cooled chocolate mixture.
- Pour into the crust.
- Place in the fridge to set, at least 1 hour.
Notes
Rich and very sweet.
