Chocolate Fridge Tart

Ingredients

Method

  1. For the crust, crush the Romany Creams and mix with the butter; press into a dish.
  2. Melt the marshmallows, chocolate and milk together, about 6 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Beat the cream until stiff and add it to the cooled chocolate mixture.
  5. Pour into the crust.
  6. Place in the fridge to set, at least 1 hour.

Notes

Rich and very sweet.
