Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- Salted butter227 g
- White sugar250 ml
- Brown sugar250 ml
- Vanilla extract10 ml
- Eggs2
- Flour750 ml
- Baking soda5 ml
- Baking powder2.5 ml
- Salt5 ml
- Chocolate chips500 ml
Method
- Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- Mix the butter and sugars until creamy.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla, about 1 minute.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix.
- Bake in a preheated 190 °C oven for 8–10 minutes; remove as they start to become brown.
- Allow to cool.
