Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- Flour375 ml
- Cocoa125 ml
- Baking soda5 ml
- Baking powder2.5 ml
- Butter125 ml
- Brown sugar125 ml
- White sugar125 ml
- Eggs2
- Small bananas, mashed4
- Chocolate chips125 ml
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Stir in the eggs and bananas.
- Add the dry ingredients and the chocolate chips; mix lightly.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes at 180 °C.
Notes
Add a chocolate topping if desired.
