Chilli Jam — Ouma Petra

Ingredients
- Chillies (Bishops Crown)150 g
- Red peppers150 g
- Apple cider vinegar or white wine vinegar100 ml
- White sugar (suiker)400 g
Method
- Put the vinegar and sugar in a pot overnight.
- Chop the chillies and pepper finely and add to the vinegar.
- Cook for about 30 minutes.
Notes
Makes only 2 bottles of 290 ml. As a guide, 1 pepper is about 200 g chopped. Made with Bishops Crown chillies.
