Ingredients

Method

  1. Put the vinegar and sugar in a pot overnight.
  2. Chop the chillies and pepper finely and add to the vinegar.
  3. Cook for about 30 minutes.

Notes

Makes only 2 bottles of 290 ml. As a guide, 1 pepper is about 200 g chopped. Made with Bishops Crown chillies.
