Chickpea and Bean Curry

Ingredients
- Diced onion1 kg
- Crushed garlic70 g
- Ginger30 ml
- Kidney beans2 tins (±800 g)
- Garam masala30 ml
- Water (adjust)125 ml
- Red pepper, diced1
- Red curry paste15 ml
- Tomato paste1 tin
- Baked beans2 tins (±800 g)
- Lentils3 tins (±1.2 kg)
- Coconut cream250 ml
- Saltto taste
Method
- Fry the onion, garlic and ginger.
- Add the curry paste, garam masala, red pepper and tomato paste.
- Add the beans, lentils, water and coconut cream.
- Simmer until the flavours combine; season with salt to taste.
