Cheese Cake

Ingredients
- Fruit yoghurt500 ml
- Condensed milk1 tin (385 g)
- Vanilla5 ml
- Biscuits and butter, for the baseas needed
Method
- Beat the fruit yoghurt, condensed milk and vanilla together.
- Make a biscuit base.
- Pour the filling into the base.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate.
- Serve with a fruit coulis.
