Ingredients
- Olive oil900 ml
- Diced onions2 kg
- Turmeric15 ml
- Curry powder15 ml
- Chilli powder15 ml
- Ginger10 ml
- Garlic, crushed200 g
- Smoked paprika25 ml
- Shredded cabbage500 g
- Julienne carrots900 g
- Tinned tomatoes2 large tins
- Roasted peppers1 large bottle
- Celery, chopped1 bunch
- Salt, pepper, fish sauceto taste
Method
- Cook the onions until soft.
- Add the carrots, then the cabbage and the other ingredients.
- Cook well until the flavour deepens.
