Carrot Cake

Ingredients

Method

  1. Heat the oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. Combine the apple sauce, sugar and eggs.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon) and mix into the wet mixture.
  4. Stir in the carrots, coconut, nuts, vanilla and crushed pineapple.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes.

Notes

The chopped nuts are optional.
