Ingredients
- Flour1.25 kg
- Sugar320 g
- Coconut170 g
- Buttermilk500 ml
- Mixed seeds400 g
- Salt15 g
- Baking powder30 g
- Butter, melted500 g
- Eggs2
Method
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mixer.
- Add the butter and mix well.
- Add the milk little by little; mix to form a dough.
- Press into trays lined with baking paper and bake at 135 °C for 60 minutes.
- Cool and cut.
- Dry at 85 °C for 10 hours.
