Ingredients
- Plain flour1.25 kg
- Sugar200 g
- Baking powder30 g
- Margarine500 g
- Buttermilk500 ml
- Eggs2
Method
- Melt the margarine, add the buttermilk, then the beaten eggs.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder and sugar).
- Bake at 190 °C for 25 minutes.
- Cool, then dry in the oven.
