Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix the flour, yeast and salt.
  2. Mix the water, oil and honey, then add to the dry ingredients.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, until it is no longer sticky. Sprinkle with more flour if needed.
  4. Oil a loaf tin and place the dough in it. Cover with a plastic bag and allow to rise for 1 hour.
  5. Heat the oven to 200 °C.
  6. Make slashes across the top, then bake for 30–35 minutes.
