Ingredients
- Paprika80 ml
- Pepper45 ml
- Brown sugar80 ml
- Chilli powder30 ml
- Garlic powder30 ml
- Onion powder15 ml
- Mixed herbs15 ml
- Salt15 ml
- Cayenne pepper10 ml
Method
- Combine all the spices and mix well.
- Store in an airtight container and use as a rub for braai meat.
Notes
Use supreme spices from Amazing Oriental. If using chilli powder from an SA shop, use only 15 ml.
