Bobotie Spice Mix

Ingredients

• Curry powder15 ml
• Turmeric10 ml
• Garam masala10 ml
• Sugar10 ml
• Mustard seeds10 ml
• Fennel seeds5 ml
• Ginger5 ml
• Cinnamon1 ml
• Salt and pepperto taste
• Apricot jamto taste

Method

1. Combine all the spices.
2. Use with the apricot jam for 500 g of mince.
